Returns and Exchanges

A copy of the original invoice must be included with all returns.

Please enclose a letter with the following information:

• Your name

• A good phone number

• Our company name: S. Lee Enterprises, Inc.

• Reason for return

• Requested action (repair, replacement, etc.)

Returned items must be properly wrapped. We cannot accept boxes that are marked.

We cannot accept skates that have already been mounted.

A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items, except in cases involving:

• Shipping errors on our part

• Defective merchandise

• Exchanges for size

All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

For returns not covered under manufacturer warranty, please contact us for a return authorization number.

We cannot guarantee the resale of returned products.

The decision on defective returns is ultimately determined by the manufacturer of the product.

Most manufacturers reserve the right to repair or replace defective products and set the warranty length. In addition, Riedell and Bont require defects to be shipped directly to them.
